As an Associate Consultant:

ü  You are responsible for helping the clients to find talented people and assisting individuals to advance their careers.

ü  You will recruit top quality talents for companies with hiring needs by managing the recruiting and placement process.

ü  Conduct full competency based interviews and manage career change motivations

ü  Independently develop a shortlist of candidates, identify the most qualified candidates and to present profiles to the clients

ü  Manage the candidate’s process from the start of the position search to on-boarding
