岗位职责:

岗位职责:

﹡Understand daily store operation through store attachment; ;

﹡通过零售店铺工作，更好的理解零售门店营运；

﹡Obtain basic store management skill through a comprehensive and systematic training, practices and assessments;

﹡经过全面且系统的零售店铺各层级的培训，岗位实践及考核，掌握基础店铺管理能力；

 ﹡Assist routine operations management including but not limited to target setting, data analysis, performance review and etc;

﹡协助日常营运管理工作，包括但不仅限于指标设定，数据分析，和绩效考核等；

﹡As the operator of the store in future，propose ideas for retail store improvement properly.

﹡作为门店未来的经营者，适当地提出零售门店的改善方案。

任职资格:

﹡Graduated in 2018 & 2019 with full time bachelor degree and above ;

2019年本科及以上学历的应届毕业生，或2018年毕业的本科及以上学历的学生；

﹡Passion for fashion, Have good fashion sense;

﹡热爱时尚事业，对时尚有敏锐触觉；

﹡Passion for fast-fashion retail, accept challenge, have innovate ability, pursue for consequent;

﹡对零售工作充满激情，勇于挑战和创新，并勇于追求成果;

﹡High integrity, commitment, and customer service awareness;

﹡诚实守信，有责任心，和以客户为中心的服务意识；

﹡Work vigorously to meet hardworking situation;

﹡具有吃苦耐劳的精神以及较强的抗压能力；

﹡Excellent analytical skill, logical thinking and communication skill;

﹡良好的分析，逻辑思维和沟通能力；

﹡A good team player with interpersonal skill;

﹡极具团队合作精神和人际关系协调能力；

﹡Can accept distribution in South China （Including Guangdong、Guangxi、Hunan、Fujian ）

﹡能接受华南地区内分配（含广东、广西、湖南、福建省）。
